If you are new to freediving, book this class after Freediving Level 0 (Introduction). The Level 0 class is all the preparation you need to join this class. Make sure you choose a date for this class after Level 0, not before!
We recommend leaving 1-2 weeks between Level 0 and this class, to allow time to practice the skills you learned, but it is also fine to book them for the same week, or with more than 2 weeks in between, if that works best for your schedule. This class runs from 9am to 3pm every Saturday at San Carlos beach in Monterey.
There is no depth requirement to receive a certification at the end of this class - you just need to demonstrate you know how to freedive safely.
We keep these classes very small (maximum 3 students per instructor) to make sure everyone gets enough dive time and attention.
You can reschedule at no charge, or get a full refund, up until 1 week before the start of class.
