When you create an account (“Account”) to register for freediving classes with the Company, we may collect certain information (“Registration Information”) about you, such as:

Date of birth;
Photograph;
Declaration of Medical Fitness to freedive;
Once you register, you can review or change this information at any time by contacting us. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account details are kept up to date.
The information we collect is necessary for the provision of our Service. Your name and email address will be visible to other participants with whom you are taking a virtual or in-person class. Your gender identity, date of birth and photograph are not visible to other participants and are used to provide you with your Freediver Certification from AIDA. Your Declaration of Medical Fitness to freedive is kept strictly confidential.

To activate the Service you need to submit basic Personal Information. To use the Service thereafter, you do not need to submit further Personal Information. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Sending a cookie to your browser enables us to collect Non-Personal information about you and keep a record of your preferences when utilizing our services, both on an individual and aggregate basis.
